1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Your order number

We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.


3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged product, etc.).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

 


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Process your refund within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Issue the refund to your original payment method

 

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and a description of the issue
  • We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit

 


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First, check your bank or payment account
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary)

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, the order may already be in processing or shipping, and cancellations may not be guaranteed.


8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
